Protecting the planet through individual and collective climate action is one of his life’s greatest passions.
Karen Palmer is a researcher at Resources for the Future, an independent, non-profit institution on a mission to improve environmental, energy and natural resource decisions through impartial economic research and policy engagement. For over 25 years, Dr. Palmer has specialized in the economics of environmental regulation and public utility regulation, with a focus on issues at the intersection of climate policy and the electricity sector.
