The display on the thermostat shows the temperature changing, with a blue squircle surrounding the number ‘72’. ‘71’ and ‘73’ appear below and above the blue, respectively, and a small plus and minus sign appear to the right of the screen as the temperature is adjusted slightly, down to 70 degrees.

The bottom of the full width display shows that the temperature will be 70 degrees until 11:30pm. A white squircle ring surrounds the whole thermostat display and we zoom in slightly on the scene.

The sensor slides down off the screen as the thermostat turns its shiny metal siding toward us. The background changes to the middle of a room and the thermostat turns its face back to us as it descends lightly onto a wooden table beside a white power extender kit and trimplate.
