POST Unregister Hierarchy Thermostat
URL: /hierarchy/thermostat
Accessible by: EMS, Utility accounts only.
Restrictions: User must have the hierarchy privilege on the My Sets set.
Unregisters one or more thermostat from the hierarchy. The thermostat is completely disassociated from the hierarchy.
When a Utility thermostat is unregistered it will display the Utility Goodbye Message, if one was created.
