Alexa is saying, “Discovery is complete. I couldn’t find any devices.” Help!

If Alexa can’t discover your ecobee:

  1. Make sure your ecobee and your Echo are connected.
  2. Make sure your ecobee is connected to WiFi. To check your ecobeeā€™s WiFi connection, from your ecobee select MENU > Settings > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Enabled > Network.
  3. Log in to the ecobee app and ensure your thermostat is connected to your mobile app.
