Umais – I am a supervisor on ecobee’s Technical Support team. My favourite part of my job is solving customers’ problems and helping customers get the most out of their ecobee thermostats.
I wanted to join ecobee because it is a new and growing company, so it would be an exciting career move for me. ecobee is truly an amazing company – we’re always growing and the staff are very friendly. It makes for a great working environment. Since graduating college, ecobee is the best company I have worked for. I was promoted from Customer Service Representative to Technical Support Supervisor, which was fantastic.
Most people don’t understand how reliable ecobee thermostats are, and just how much better our products are from the competition. Just look at our customer satisfaction levels – they’re amazing. I check my emails first thing after arriving in the office, answer my colleagues’ questions, handle escalated customer complaints, and help solve issues that ecobee Customer Service Representatives cannot.
To be successful at ecobee you need to be motivated, love what you do, and have a positive attitude. You’ll never be bored working at ecobee, so be prepared to be challenged.
