Step 1: A new customer “Requests a Quote” from your company through ecobee.com, and you receive an automatic notification through your Contractor Web Portal and via email.

Step 2: You click the link in the email OR click the “Respond” button in your Web Portal to complete the quote through our simple online form (this takes 30 seconds).

Step 3: Your new customer receives an automatic email with your company contact information and your quote.

Step 4: Your new customer contacts you to schedule an install date.

 

Presto! You’ve just acquired a new customer, and generated some valuable business.

Now, you never have to worry about remembering to notify us when you’ve responded to a quote.
