What a product… I have shown it to lots of people and every single one has been blown away! Wow is all I can say, you guys took something very boring and made it exciting/cool! The controls are very intuitive and gorgeous to look at. The feature set that it offers are amazing as they are powerful, I am in love with the overcool to dehumidify option. With that single feature alone it insures me that my hardwood will last me a very long time and protects my warranty. The whole device has a very Apple feel/design to it, everything is extremely well thought out and balanced. When it is lit-up on my wall it looks like it is from 15 years in the future! Don't even get me started about the iPhone app which my wife is in love with! Look on the App Store and see the program interfaces your competition uses, they just don't get "it" like you guys do. Just because it is something mechanical doesn't mean it can't be polished and perfected as you guys have.

I am an HVAC technician by trade so I am familiar with a wide selection of WiFi thermostats but I think you offer the best product at this time and for a pretty reasonable cost compared to the alternatives. We chose ecobee for our 1.7 million square foot grocery warehouse location in Denver, Pennsylvania and the system paid for itself within the first week of being installed! The installation of the ecobee EMS thermostats was quite simple to do—pretty impressive considering the complexity of the equipment we were working with. The User Interface is so simple and easy to use—I log onto my ecobee Web Portal at least once a day, and can troubleshoot issues from anywhere. I used to have to walk from one end of the building to another if I wanted to make a temperature adjustment, shut fans on or off, or troubleshoot an issue. Now, I can do it all remotely from anywhere there’s an internet connection, even on my iPad.
